• Use the dedicated tongs to handle the meat.
• Once cooked, use chopsticks (not the tongs) to eat.
• Be sure to cook entrails, pork, and chicken meat thoroughly before eating.

Alcohol sales

• We do not serve alcohol to guests under 18 years of age, or guests who will be driving.
• We may ask for proof of age.

Be careful not to burn yourself

• Do not touch the grill.
• Be aware that the metal parts around the grill may also become very hot.
