Raised at a large farm in the lush natural environment of Tam Dao with state-of-the-art processing facilities, it boasts a natural, safe, and healthy meat quality. Furthermore, over 300 days of grain-feeding maximizes its marbling, tenderness, and juiciness. Aburiya exclusively uses chilled NIKU-ICHI Beef that meets the same strict standards as those in Japan.
